Whatever its position between the joggers, each sheet is transported by the suction plate and brought under photo-electric cells which determine its exact position. During transportation, the alignment of each sheet is corrected in order to position it in the gripper bar with a precision of ± 0.3 mm (± .01”). Sheets of corrugated board are correctly introduced even if poorly cut, cut off-square or of variable sizes Litho-laminated boards showing misalignment between printed sheet and corrugated carrier are corrected and introduced perfectly into the gripper bars Corrugated board from micro-flute to double wall Large correction range:
