Introducing BOBST SPO-Flexo
Printing and diecutting of corrugated board also belongs to BOBST's history for over fifty years. Very early, the company has developed Autoplaten® presses of the SPO type to die-cut this material. Several models have established quality standards in the industry. The manufacturing program offers two types of configuration: integrating in one pass the processes of printing (flexo) sheets of corrugated board and die cutting in-line, or off line in two distinct operations.

The quality of the post print flexographic presses has become a standard. The number of printing lines, with up to eight units, installed worldwide is the proof of this fact. They bring to their owners feeding precision, vacuum transport of the corrugated sheets, effective inking and drying systems, ease of operation, quick job change over time and high production speeds with high printing quality.

The SPO Autoplaten® presses are constantly being adapted in accordance with the market evolution. They especially meet with the trend for lighter corrugated board, recycled, thinner flutes and more complicated layouts since today packaging has to combine the functions of protection and display. |
Production speeds, quick job changeovers, precision of the blank register compared to the impression are some of the elements which contribute to the reputation of these presses. |
Ancillary equipment enhances the production capacity of the presses. Integrating automatic loading, printing, diecutting, blanking, stacking and palletizing, these lines come from a single supplier who is responsible for the complete process. |
