Training and Process MARTIN TEC (Technological and Expertise Center) |

Belonging to MARTIN Customers’ Department, TEC was created to gather together the knowledge, experience, and skills linked to the corrugated board process. Our aims are to:
- build up and improve the know-how
- offer our customers various services related to this know-how
TEC offers a wide range of services: training, demonstrations, tests and process know-how (printing, die-cutting, folding). TEC Training Department’s offer consists of:
- Scheduled training
A yearly program is established from which our customers can choose predefined training corresponding to their needs. Location: Martin TEC in Villeurbanne (Lyon, France).
- On request training
Regularly requested, these are preestablished programs which can be adjusted to your needs. They are scheduled on a as requested basis. Location: Martin TEC in Villeurbanne (France) or at your premises
- Tailor - made training

- Technical Seminars

| Machine Analysis |
Is an analysis of MARTIN equipment at your premises: after its assessment in operation, the equipment is stopped to check the set-ups, the parts to be changed and modifications that should be carried out.
Once the analysis is completed, a report is sent to you describing recommendations, adjustments and spare parts needed as well as possible improvements. It helps being aware of the state of the machine and taking advantage of the latest innovations.
This service is available worldwide and delivered by MARTIN specialists. |

This is a periodical technical checking of your machine by a qualified technician to help in the maintenance of your equipment. |
| Technical Assistance Contract (TAC) |
With local offices located throughout the five continents, MARTIN offers reliable and rapid technical assistance. The Technical Assistance Contract is production oriented. Each TAC is adapted to the MARTIN line its concerns in order to ensure optimum production and to prevent unscheduled downtimes.
This type of contract includes scheduled visits by a MARTIN field engineer. During these visits various operations are planned to achieve maximum productivity on the line. These operations include operators' training, checking the stock of spare parts and improving the quality of the boxes produced. The contract also includes a follow up of productivity increases.
MARTIN clients who have signed a Technical Assistance Contract are greatly satisfied with this service and with the increases in productivity they have achieved. |
