Automatic folders - stitchers / gluers

RAPIDFOLD belongs to a new generation of folders-stitchers/gluers for automatic folding and sealing of corrugated board boxes produced by a printer-slotter.
It includes a feeder, a static folding section with arms, a squaring section, a stitching/gluing section, as well as a delivery system.

| Main Benefits |
- The folding and stitching line is mobile over the whole width of the machine
(increased flexibility, faster settings, smaller space needed)
- All settings are automatic and can be memorised in the control system (PLC Allen Bradley)
- The « Multifeed » system allows, by modification of the number of dogs on the carrying chains, to multiply by two or three the capacity of the machine while keeping a low transfer speed limiting the wear
- The oscillating stitching head and sandwich belts driven by servo-motor (brushless) provide smooth, reliable and continuous box stitching
- Two delivery systems are available : « S » for stitched or hot melt glued boxes, « G-S » for stitched or cold glued boxes
