ADVANCED SECURITY COATINGS The Holosec is a multi-purpose vacuum batch coater for the production of holographic, brand protection and security materials. The Holosec can process web widths up to 400 mm (maximum coating width 380 mm) and roll diameters up to 450 mm.
The range of materials which can be coated by the Holosec is extensive. Both thermal evaporation and sputtering are available on the machine and plasma pre-treatment can be used in-line to enhance the quality and improve the production speed, of the coating. An advanced masking system enables high resolution un-coated patterns to be produced.
