The ATLAS CW-1600 is a high speed pure centre winder with individual shaftless rewind stations

The unit is designed to be used as a cleaning/editing machine and is operated by advanced computer systems featuring sophisticated TouchScreen technology.
 
The machine features automatic unloading of rolls for fast efficient production, which are unloaded directly onto the floor or onto trolley skates.
Automatic knife positioning gives precise slit widths and the advanced male blade cleaner ensures accurate and clean slitting.
