The major benefit of the TITAN CT610 slitter rewinder is the minimal machine downtime required between finished reel sets, which is consistently less than 20 seconds. This enables very high slitting volumes, higher machine productivity - and improved profitability. The CT610 also has a wide range of machine automation options to ensure minimum downtime for job changeovers - as well as a fully automatic slit reel unloading & handling system for maximizing productivity. Slit widths can be less than 25 mm (1”) wide and speeds up to 750 m/min (2,500 ft/min). The CT610 slitter rewinder is proof of the strong commitment to continue development of the range of slitting solutions provided by TITAN and has been specifically designed for high volume production.
