| Purchasing |
When we buy a pre-owned machine from a customer, the transaction is based on two key factors: confidence and knowledge. The confidence that has been established with a customer wishing to sell his machine plays a vital role in the assessment of the trade-in price, as well as in the honoring of payment commitments. Furthermore, we can add to that, the technical knowledge within the Bobst Group organization as well as the access to all original documentation relating to the machine. |
| Disassembly |
This is one of the critical phases in the reconditioning of a second-hand machine. Disassembly requires a perfect knowledge of the machine’s various functions and of the tolerance levels allowed. It is during this stage that each component is checked and those that are faulty or worn out are replaced by factory original parts. The new buyer can then be confident that his machine will meet his expectations, as well as Bobst's quality standards. |
| Reconditioning |
At our Reconditioning Centers, all machines are refurbished by professionals with an intimate knowledge of Bobst Group products. Their extensive experience has been obtained from working in the Bobst Group factories and on customer installations. The customer, therefore, can automatically place the same confidence in that equipment as he has always put in new products of the Bobst Group organization. Thanks to close ties with their parent companies, Bobst Group affiliates, providing a reconditioning activity, can also rely on excellent technical and logistical support. |
| Sales |
Our customer enjoy ongoing assistance from specialists. When he acquires a pre-owned machine, he will be assured that he is dealing with an integral part of the Bobst Group organization. This means that each company of the Bobst Group takes the responsibility for bringing the machine into production and ensuring that optimal output will be achieved.
